Scale has always been determining factor when interpreting the scope of affects and performative possibilities in Architecture. The constructive detail no longer implies a technical problem that must be solved in the most efficient and practical way, but rather implies a specific work plan, expanding its organizational scope and misrepresenting the affective possibilities of the project. The possibility of multiscalarity, operating from the constructive detail enables a multiplicity of singular design possibilities that would otherwise be limited to problem solving.

Multiscalarity Models proposes a research regarding the scalar capacities of ornament to transform and produce innovative architectural organizations. Those elements that historically emerge as accessory issues, such as friezes, sculptures, cornices, capitals, decorations, become concrete work material, bearers of unique organizational powers, where the intersection between architectural and sculptural form is the nourished work space for projects to come.
